Shopping
- Browse the product pages for your order, taking care to ‘add to cart’ the items you require and selecting unit numbers, weights and variations where applicable.
- You can click ‘Continue shipping’ if you require more products.
- Your cart is visible at the top of each screen as a link that indicates the number of items in your cart.
- To remove items, tick the ‘remove’ box and press ‘update cart’.
- Once you are ready to proceed to checkout and make your payment, visit your cart.
- Type in a discount or gift code and press ‘apply’ if you have one to use.
- Choose any optional shipping extras, or leave black.
- Tick the terms and conditions box, once read.
- Press ‘proceed to checkout’.
- Fill in either the ‘checkout as a guest’, or ‘Account sign in’ details and follow the payment screens. Make sure to select the correct shipping and payment options.
- Once completed a confirmation will arrive to you via email and the order will be queued for dispatch. You can print this off if you require it. All orders will arrive with invoice details, only shipping name and address will be visible.
Opening an account
- Press Log in/register at the top right of the screen.
- Fill in the information under 'Registration' and press ‘register’.
- You will receive an email from me confirming your registration.
- Then press log out at the top of the screen, if you are not making an order at the same time. Otherwise you can browse the shop for your first order.
- Now you are registered.
Website Problems
This website is operational on all major web browsers from Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. It is also operational for mobile devices. However, I do recommend Mozilla Firefox as it is free, easy to use and less prone to bugs.

Rare as they are glitches can occasionally happen with website ordering, so here are a few tips that might help;
Sign in issues:
- Have you typed in the correct Username and password for your account? Passwords are case sensitive.
- If this does not work, then firstly refresh your web browsing page and try again.
- If this does not work, then clear your cookies, cache and browsing history from your internet browser. Close down your browser and reopen. Type in www.sarastexturecrafts.com and attempt to sign in again.
- If you are still having difficulties, please contact me for help.
Cart Issues:
- If you are having sign in, or cart issues then firstly refresh your web browsing page and try again.
- If this does not work, then clear your cookies, cache and browsing history from your internet browser. Close down your browser and reopen. Type in www.sarastexturecrafts.com and check your cart. Your IP address should be recognised by the website and remember any items you were planning to order.
