Products
I am supplied by leading manufacturers and rural farmers and am always sourcing the finest quality of products to sell. I also hand create a variety of products, each is made to the very best of my ability and knowledge.
I try to be as informative and photographically correct where possible about my products at the time of listing. If you have any further questions before you buy, I am very happy to answer them for you. I also reserve the right to update and amend listings at any given point.
On some lines I list unlimited stock as I have new deliveries all of the time. At the time of your order your items will be allocated from stock. If an item is for any reason temporarily 'out of stock' these will be reordered with the relevant supplier. In this situation buyers will be notified of the date of dispatch, depending on restock deliveries. At this time the Buyer has the right to choose a replacement item depending on stock, or request a refund for that item. Please note that in these instances I cannot part ship.
All products are checked by hand at the time of delivery and again at dispatch to the customer, so I can be certain that you are getting the very best of my offer.
Large Equipment Special Note - These items are stocked to order, so delivery times will vary and where some items fly in from overseas we can expect a 2-3 weeks wait.
Fibre Special Note - I usually keep 1-2kgs in stock of most fibres, but if you do need a large amount, please email me or call me to check on availability before you order. If I don't have enough I can order more (in most cases) and will indicate my next delivery schedule.
Ordering & Payments
This site is set up to take orders and payment directly for debit, credit and Paypal payments. If you wish to pay via a UK personal Cheque or postal order, please email me your order.
Accepted Payments;
o UK – Nochex, Paypal, Credit/Debit Card via the checkout. Credit/Debit cards include; MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and Solo.
o UK - Cheques and Postal Orders. Please email me via the contact form with your order, I will then raise the order paperwork and email you the details for your payment.
o Overseas – Nochex, Paypal, Credit/Debit Card via the checkout.
Payment Security - No payment data is kept on file by Sara's Texture Crafts and all payments are secured by SSL.
SPECIAL NOTICE:
- Nochex – You do not need to have an account to use this quick and easy method of payments for Credit/Debit cards. 3D on-line security means that your credit card company may require your extra information to complete your payment. You will be asked these details at the checkout, when you are directed to your card providers payment service. Payments will appear as ‘NOCHEX’ on your card statement. You can also use a Nochex account if you have one.
- Paypal - You do not need to have an account to use this quick and easy payment system. Payments will appear as ‘SARA’S TEXTURE CRAFTS’ on your card statement. You can also use a Paypal account if you have one.
Holding Stock for Later Delivery Dates - Stock can be held for a period of 1 week only, with prior arrangements made in writing before a purchase is made.

Each account is password protected. In registering you will be agreeing to the storing of order relevant personal information. All
information is stored securely and adheres to the privacy policy stated on the website.

Reward Points
I offer reward points to customers who have accounts with Sara’s Texture Crafts. The scheme is my offer to Club members. Points are
gained as purchases are made from the website. Phone and show orders do not qualify. This is a website only offer.
Reward Rates = 1 point to every £10 spent. Each point represents £0.10. This value can be discounted from your next website order at the checkout. Please note that reward points cannot be exchanged for cash, or used on other forums and situations, other than a completed on-line sale at www.SarasTextureCrafts.com.
Cancellations will result in forfeit of points earned. Exchanges and refunds may be forfeit depending on the unique situation.
Joining Club members will receive 10 reward points for joining. The balance of your reward points will be available in your account. Please note it may take some time for new reward points to show up in your account.
Gift Vouchers - are available in store.
Once bought vouchers will need to be activated by the store owner. Sara’s Texture Crafts means to do this as quickly as possible after
purchase, during working hours. Each purchased voucher will be given a code for the user to add to their next checkout order. Orders received without the correct and full voucher code will not later be redeemable.
Vouchers are available in the following denominations; £10, £20, £30, £40, £50, or £100.
Vouchers can be used against any on-line purchase at www.SarasTextureCrafts.com and if the full value is not redeemed with the first purchase the remaining amount will carry over. Vouchers cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for other goods or services.

Wholesale/Trade
I don't currently offer these services, due to my workload and the size of my business… but do still write and ask. I do however, offer bulk purchase options on some lines. These will be detailed in product pages.
